Movie Release Alert: “Cowgirls 'N Angels” Available Oct. 2 On DVD; Features Music And Big-screen Debut From Country Artist Amber Hayes

(Nashville, Tenn. – Oct. 1, 2012) “Cowgirls ‘N Angels,” the family-friendly rodeo film that includes a cameo and original music from Country artist Amber Hayes, will be available Tuesday, Oct. 2 on DVD and Blu-ray. The movie features three of Hayes’ songs: her 2010 Top 40 MusicRow single, “C’mon,” “Right As Rain” and a special track titled “Always There For Me” with Lonestar front man Richie McDonald. Hayes and McDonald perform the song together in the film. Hayes also performs “C’mon” in a line-dancing scene.
“C’mon,” “Always There For Me” and “Right As Rain” are included on the official “Cowgirls ‘N Angels” soundtrack, available on iTunes and Amazon.com. The Timothy Armstrong-directed film stars Oscar-nominated actor James Cromwell, Bailee Madison, Alicia Witt, Frankie Faison and Jackson Rathbone, among others. “Cowgirls ‘N Angels” is sold exclusively at Wal-Mart and walmart.com and available on Video On-Demand carriers including DIRECTV, Comcast, Cox, Time Warner Cable, iTunes, VUDU, Amazon and Xbox.
