HollowBody Presents Rock Band Canto At Santa Monica, CA Venue TRiP, November 16th, 2012

Canto joins forces with HollowBody, a stellar rock music series, as they bring their unique sound to the stage at TRiP, November 16th, 2012. Canto, a band of brothers all under the age of twenty, allow their passion for classic rock and dynamic instrumentation to come alive in a massive psychedelic sound. Full of driving choruses, smashing cymbals and brooding attitude, their debut album “HA HA HA” has seen rave reviews as well as video rotation on MTV2 and band highlights on MTV’s 120 minutes. Their recorded sound is nothing compared to the chaotic energy that is set into motion every time they hit the stage.

Canto explodes with vivaciousness and attitude, the magnitude of their talents immediately apparent as the stage puts them in full display. Lead singer and guitarist, Seamus, howls over their grandiose arrangements, allowing the melodic intricacies and harmonic choruses to shine. Bass player Aidan is the stoic and steady backdrop to the band, all focus and dedication as he moves the music in an effortless fashion. David owns the drums, thrashing and wild, yet perfectly precise. Each member and their stark intensity bring a wild energy to the stage that hooks the audience into their idiosyncratic sound.
