Amber Dawn http://amberdawnonline.com is a Health & Wellness Consultant and certified Zumba Fitness Instructor. She has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Administration and is currently attending California State University Los Angeles, to obtain her Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science.

Amber has developed a passion for health, wellness, fitness and helping others. Her mission is to assist individuals in making healthy, permanent lifestyle changes. Her Zumba Fitness Classes are not your conventional dance aerobic workout, they’re about feeling the music and having fun!

Amber Dawn Zumba Fitness Classes are every Monday and Wednesday 8:30-9:30 pm at Topham Street Gym 18619 Topham Street Tarzana, CA. 91335 and Saturday’s 10-11:00 am at
West Coast Dance Theater 18369 Eddy Street Northridge, CA. 91325 "Come join the Party!"

This salad has oranges, mangoes, bananas, kiwis, kumquats & pomegranates that are all loaded with vitamins & minerals which will keep you slim during these tempting, weight gaining holiday months.”
