Gary Spangler Appointed Senior Vice President, Promotion And Operations For Republic Records

REPUBLIC RECORDS has named Gary Spangler Senior Vice President of Promotion and Operations as announced by Monte Lipman, Founder and CEO. Previously, Spangler served as the label's Vice President, Crossover Promotion.

"Gary constantly goes and above and beyond, elevating the profile of both the label and the artists with each promotional campaign he spearheads. He's reliable, industrious, and extremely versatile. On behalf of our entire staff, I'd like to offer my sincerest congratulations about this position. It is well deserved."
Since joining REPUBLIC in 2006, Spangler's efforts have contributed to massive promotion campaigns for numerous artists including Lil Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Enrique Iglesias, Big Machine Records' Taylor Swift, and several others. His contribution at Rhythm and Top 40 helped solidify their presence as dominant pop cultural forces.
