ROY SOLIS TO HOST FIRST ANNUAL TAILGATE PARTY IN VEGAS DURING NFR WITH JAIDA DREYER AND STEVE HELMS

ROY SOLIS TO TAKE HIS “TAILGATE PARTY” TO LAS VEGAS ON WORLD FAMOUS FREMONT STREET DURING WRANGLER NATIONAL FINALS RODEO
WITH SPECIAL GUESTS JAIDA DREYER AND STEVE HELMS ON DECEMBER 11!


FORT WORTH, TX (December 6, 2012) Roy Solis will head to Las Vegas next week to to join in all the fun and festivities surrounding the annual Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. On Tuesday, December 11th, Solis will host his first annual “Tailgate Party on Fremont Street” from four to six p.m. Jaida Dreyer, Streamsound recording artist, who grew up an equine gypsy showing horses at major shows and living in several states from Texas to Iowa while growing up will join Roy. She has released the Christmas classic, “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus.” Texas Music star, Steve Helms, who’s song, “Nowhere But Texas,” is the Texas anthem for the Texas Rangers and the University of Texas football team is coming to join in on the fun. Steve is active in helping the Cowboys for Kids foundation and will be helping to promote their organization at WNFR. The show is free and open to the public.

Solis is excited about the show, “I love Las Vegas; the fun, the music, and all the excitement! I hope everyone will head over to Fremont Street and party with us, we’re gonna have a blast! This is my first Vegas show and I’m looking forward to making it an annual event!”

Solis has recently been touring the Lone Star state in support of his current single, “Sippin’ On A Six-Pack” produced by fellow Weslaco native, Johnny Garcia. He’s built a stable of loyal fans with the success of his first two singles, “Tailgate Party” and “Corpus Christi”.

Solis is currently working on a new studio album and playing clubs around South Texas as well as opening shows for Josh Abbott, Kevin Fowler, The Texas Tornados, Reckless Kelly and others. On December, 20th, Solis will open for Dwight Yoakam at the Jagz Entertainment Center in Brownsville, TX. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.
