Willie Basse releases a new single to help END Hunger.
“STOP (In The Name of Love)” is available for download Jamuary 3, 2013 at all digital outlets worldwide with proceeds being donated to http://FeedAmerica-Now.org .
This version of the classic hit song features guitar legend, EARL SLICK and veteran keyboardist, MIKE FINNIGAN. Slick, who toured with The New York Dolls last year is known for his work with John Lennon, David Bowie, Phantom Rocker & Slick. Finnigan who works with CSN and Joe Cocker, is currently on tour with Bonnie Raitt. Mike is also known for his work on the classic Jimi Hendrix song “Rainy Day Dream Away” on the Electric Ladyland album.
The single was recorded and mixed by multi-platinum, Grammy recipient, Dennis MacKay who has worked with Judas Priest, David Bowie, Phil Collins, Jeff Beck, Jack Bruce, Return to Forever, Vixen, Stanley Clarke and George Duke.
