The CD was released on Dec. 15th at the bands CD Release Party at the Cinema Tavern in Villa Rica, GA. You can preview the songs, purchase a copy or buy individual songs at the Stringfield website.
The songs were recorded at Midimind Studios in Waco, GA. Alex Burley is the Producer and Engineer for the project. The songs were written by Adam Powell. The album was mastered at Rodney Mills Masterhouse. Rodney has been in the music business for more than 40 years and has earned over 50 gold and platinum records for engineering, producing and mastering. “Rodney was an absolute pleasure to work with and did a great job on our music “said drummer Bud Brook.
The style of the music could be compared as; The Eagles meet Matchbox 20 in Keith Urban’s backyard.
Stringfield (formerly Jinx Atlanta) has been performing in the Atlanta area since Aug. of 2009. The band members are, Joey Stringfield-Lead Vocals, Acoustic Guitar & Harmonica, Reyn Maxwell-Guitar & Vocals, Alex Burley-Keyboards & Vocals, Adam Powell-Bass & Vocals, and Bud Brook-Drums & Percussion.
