Chase Ignites At Sundance
Website: http://chasecountry.com New country artist, Chase, will be visiting Utah January 17-30, 2013. Chase's debut album is being recorded at Blackbird Studio in Nashville, Tennessee by Grammy award winning music producer and engineer, David Hall. The first single will be released to country radio stations January 22nd with full album available March 22nd, 2013. Showcases, interviews and performances are scheduled in Park City during the Sundance Film Festival and surrounding Salt Lake City, Utah region. Chase is an original singer/songwriter who will be recording the first three songs for his debut album at Blackbird Studio in Nashville, Tennessee the second week of January before visiting Utah and then returning to complete the album in February. Blackbird Studio has been the studio of choice for artists such as Beck, Sheryl Crow, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Kings of Leon, The White Stripes, and Taylor Swift. Showcasing a diverse range of genres, producer David Hall's project credits include Frank Sinatra, Petra, Etta James, Kenny Chesney, Jewel, Fall Out Boy, Vince Gill, and Carrie Underwood. Chase will be performing various showcases in Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival through Concerts at Sundance, a music series owned by Power Media Entertainment of Salt Lake City, Utah to promote his debut single. "We have selected local bands and artists from all over the world, including Atlantic Records recording artist, Fictionist to help us raise awareness and donations for cancer research," states Stephanie DeGraw, Concerts at Sundance Event Founder. A portion of event proceeds will be donated to the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Concerts at Sundance music series is not affiliated with nor endorsed by the Sundance Film Festival, however, DeGraw chose to have the concert series during a time that would give artists a high level of exposure and potentially raise a greater amount of money for the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Chase is also scheduled to appear on ABC 4 Good Things Utah, Park City Television Mountain Views and KPCW 91.9 FM along with local Utah country radio stations during his visit. A schedule of appearances and performances by Chase will soon be released on his website at www.chasecountry.com. To schedule an interview or appearance, please contact Deann Shepherd at 801-884-9054 or via email at deann@hydrusmedia.com.
