Erika Earl Joins Vintage King Audio's Experienced VKLA Staff
Tech Manager & Sales Consultant for LA Flagship Store and Demo Studio Vintage King Audio, the world's leader in sales of high-end boutique and vintage recording equipment, has hired industry veteran Erika Earl to serve as Tech Manager/Sales Consultant in its Los Angeles flagship store and demo studio, VKLA. Earl adds a wealth of technical experience to the seasoned VKLA team, with a specialty in analog systems, having performed repair, service, and quality control for a wide range of top manufacturers, including Tube-Tech, Drawmer, Focusrite, Daking, Bock Audio, Avid, Little Labs, and many others. In addition to bringing a decade's worth of skills, passion, and experience for the technical, behind-the-scenes side of professional audio, Earl has extensive experience in front of the console as well, working as an engineer in studios throughout Arizona as well as The Distillery in Costa Mesa, California. Most recently, she served as Head of Technology and Chief Technician for LA's landmark studio The Village, and will be continuing to work with them as a technical advisor. Earl is also an Advisory Council member of The Producers & Engineers Wing of the Recording Academy. She will be working with Vintage King's diverse base of clients in the custom-designed VKLA showroom and demo studio, which features a range of boutique and vintage gear available in an acoustically refined, true studio environment.
