Raw Deal presents the Last Swingin' Supply, The Macaronians goodbye show and their last in Shanghai. Toshi is moving to Tokyo, and we will have this evening as a goodbye party for everyone who wants to come join us and say goodbye to this Shanghai music veteran and his girlfriend , singer and keyboardist of The Macaronians.
On stage you will see The Macaronians, that plays 60s rock & pop inspired happy, funny party tunes. These retro-lovers are ready to give you a new afternoon to remember with their squealing organ and groovy rhythm. They will give you a feel good party set thats gonna make you wanna shake your hips and rock your toes... This night they bring a special friend on accordion on stage all the way from London! Later this afternoon on stage you will see Hujiahuwei, Shanghai based rockers with their steady rhythm and memorable bass riffs , they will give you a sharp set with original songs. Lead singer Rhys from Pairs continues his passion and stage present. Further on you will see Wasabi Heat , with SH radar couple Estel & Dave in the front. They continue their passion for music and will give you a fun set this afternoon.
We will continue with a set of 3 DJs, starting with DJ SAL, known for his POPSUADA nights at DADA. This afternoon he will bring you rocksteady/roots reggae & authentic ska. DJ Snaff'O hara , known from her Midnight Swingin' Supply, will continue her retro danceable Rock'nRoll and to finish it all, DJ Sabrina from London will give you her love for vintage sounds.
