Velvet Ropes ENT Presents Raw Uncut Hip Hop Showcase Competition For Unsigned Artists

LOS ANGELES, CA. — February 8, 2013 - Velvet Ropes ENT office announced today the Raw Uncut Hip Hop Showcase Competition for Unsigned Artists will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the Maverick’s Flat, 4225 Crenshaw Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA. http://www.velvetropesent.com
Hip Hop artists are invited to audition and compete for a $500 cash prize and many more valuable prizes. The showcase will feature some of LA’s hottest up-and-coming Hip Hop artists. Each artist will have a 4 minute set to showcase their talent. Celebrity judges will be onsite to score each artist on their overall performance and select a winner. The winner will be announced that evening, and receive cash, radio play, prizes and publicity.
Performance slots are still available. There is a $20 registration fee to enter; contestants will be asked to sell 20 tickets to the performance. Registration will open on Sunday, February 24, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the Maverick’s Flat. A picture ID and demo with two songs must be presented on day of registration.
This event is open to the public. Guests are invited to attend the competition on Thursday, March 28th. The fee to attend is $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
