Lunjeal Music Group Partners With Malaco To Release Jekalyn Carr's Debut Album "Greater Is Coming"
"We are very excited about Jekalyn," says Malaco's president, Tommy Couch, Jr. whose legendary label is home to award winning artists like the Georgia Mass Choir, Maurette Brown Clark and Lexi. "We welcome (Jekalyn's) youthfulness and energy to our family of labels and we look for her to lead the next generation of great gospel artists." D.A. The 15-year-old singer was the youngest and the only teen on JET's exclusive list of "young, gifted and black" professionals at the top of their field and under 40 years old.
