The Beu Sisters Named Best Pop Artist

Multi-platinum recording artists The Beu Sisters - Candice, Christie and Danielle - have been named by the 2013 Artists In Music Awards as Best Pop Artist. The recognition comes as a result of their three-disk masterpiece, the “Beu~tiful” collection”, spawning such indie-hits as “Definition of a Lady”, “Daze” and “Beu~tiful”.
Christie Beu, also nominated for Best Producer along with Ondre for their work on the “Beu~tiful” collection, was in Hollywood to collect the award: “So grateful & so honored to be named best pop artist this year. With the competition & incredible talent in this category, we were blessed to get an overwhelming majority & unprecedented amount of committee votes in this international competition. Then to also get a surprise nomination for best album was an exciting bonus! My only wish is that my sisters could have been there with me to accept the award (although they were definitely with me in spirit!) A special thanks to all our fans who allow us to keep living our dream, and to (awards organizer) Mikey Jay for putting on this event helping independent artists like ourselves share our music, our light & our love!”

The awards ceremony was held on February 7th at the Key Club in West Hollywood.
