The Portugal Music Scene & Garagem Produções Are Proud To Present: "Live From Portugal"

"Live from Portugal" is a live stream which will be aired in Portugal on the MEO Kanal as well as on SAPO PT starting on February 22nd 2013 (23h00 GMT / 18h00 EST). The Launch will also be accessible Internationally from other Countries through Sapo (www.sapo.pt) and other Services. "Live from Portugal" is designed to offer viewers intimate showcases from some of the best acts in Portugal. In addition to offering great viewing in front of a live audience, "Live from Portugal" not only reaches Music Lovers but also actively targets music Industry professionals worldwide. It opens doors to new fans and allows them to see and meet the fantastic talent Portugal has to offer in a great environment. Fans and new viewers will be offered the chance to interact by emailing questions in advance or even by email or twitter on the night of the show. Videos and information about the bands will be made available on the MEO Channel, Sapo & Ustream in advance of the show. Four acts will play with live interactive interviews between bands with the production and editing by Garagem Produções. The Portugal Music Scene, an International Development & Consultancy Service will also target "Live From Portugal" to foreign journalists, promoters, agents, labels, and bookers from around the World. Many of which have had their eyes and ears on Portugal for some time. Live from Portugal offers everyone the equal chance to enjoy a handful of great bands in a warm atmosphere through their own computer, television or even their mobile phones. The full Line up of Band names will be announced shortly on the Facebook page below. Already Mikkel Solnado and October Flight have been confirmed!

Live From Portugal will be streamed directly from the Artkafe in Setúbal Portugal on Friday 22nd Feb.
