CMG Radio Club Names MTS Management Group "Artist Manager Of The Year"
MTS Management Group is proud to announce their owner, Michael Stover has been named “Artist Manager Of The Year” at the 2013 CMG Radio Club Awards. Michael is happy to share this year’s award with fellow manager, Johnny Mac. The awards ceremony will take place during the CMG Teddy Bear Festival, in Lebanon, TN on Sunday, April 28th, 2013 at 8pm. Thirty-five awards will be given out, in addition to this year’s Independent Country Music Hall Of Fame Inductions. Other winners include Michael Lynne (Male Vocalist,) Bill Rainey (International Male DJ) and Maddie Wilson (Most CMG #1s.) “I’m very honored and humbled by this award,” said Michael. “I do what I do because I love the music, and I want to give indie artists a chance to compete out there. I am so proud of all of my artists, who have had a great 2012. It’s because of them, that I am receiving this honor…it really belongs to all of us. Thank you to CMG Radio Club for the recognition.” MTS Management Group was founded in 2010, by Michael Stover. A 25-year veteran of the music industry, Michael began his career in songwriting, winning 2 Billboard Magazine Songwriting Awards and later, charting several singles with Bryan Cole. He has been involved in all aspects of the industry, including music retail, disc jockey, musician, producer, and finally, artist management, publicity and promotions.
