One Man Band "Jamboree" To Launch Album Pre-Order

Jamboree is a one man "band" of sorts created by Dallas based musician Dillon Spears. Dillon has been a musician all of his life and has lots of experience in the business due to his early success as a child performer in the country music scene. It was during this time that he had opportunities to perform alongside legends such as Loretta Lynn, George Jones and Waylon Jennings.
"Music has and always will be the driving creative force in my life" says Spears. "..Jamboree is simply an extension of that".
Although Jamboree's sound spans many genres including indie rock, folk, pop and country, Spears is comfortable simply labeling it indie rock. "The term indie rock doesn't even really mean anything anymore, considering that it means lots of things. I like that. I want people to not know what to expect when listening to Jamboree for the first time." Spears continues, "It's a quirky blend of all of my past and present influences. That's the best way I can put it."
The project's debut album is called "So Much" and it is slated for release later this year. The album pre-order goes live via PledgeMusic on March 30th. To celebrate, Spears will be teaming up with fellow musicians and performing acoustic versions of tracks from the album. This event will take place at Opening Bell Coffee, one of Dallas's best listening rooms, on March 30th at 8pm. Admission will be free, however attendees will have the option to donate and/or pre-order the album at the event. There will be several packages to choose from.
