The Sharp's Releases New CD - "Someday I Will"

The Sharps, a Southern Gospel quartet, from Fort Payne, AL are back in the fold again. They announced Jan 12, 2014 that their brand new CD entitled “Someday I Will” will be released Feb 1, 2014. This CD is the Group's second CD recorded featuring the Quartet’s new sound. The CD titled “ Someday I Will” displays the Sharp's ability of performing traditional southern gospel, giving it appeal to all ages , in turn, possibly making it their finest recording ever.

This 10 song CD features 7 of The Sharps original material that are true Southern Gospel material. The title track “Someday I Will” will unmistakably move many hearts and souls. The Quartet handpicked the 10 songs on this new project. “We sat down on weeknight around a coffee table and listened to about 40 songs that we were considering to be on this new recording”, group manager Andy Sharp said. “This CD surely reflects the group’s efforts”.

The Sharps reached back into their past to rejoin forces with Crossroads Studios in Arden, NC. Crossroads Studios serve as headquarters for many top gospel artists today, was once formally known as Horizon Music Group in the 1990’s. The Sharps were a part of the Horizon Family and on the Dawn/ Chosen Vessel recording label in the 90’s. The Sharps and Crossroads got together and have produced a truly glorifying CD.

“We really can’t thank the guys at Crossroads enough that helped this CD come true. Jeff Collins was gracious enough to welcome us back to record our new CD and we are truly thankful.” Ben Sharp stated. “We had a great producer in Danny Crawford who really helped us take the recording from just being good, to being a great tool we can use for our ministry”.

The blessings the Lord are showing through this new project. The efforts made by this group are simply amazing and you can hear that in these songs. If you have heard The Sharp's music before, you will love this new album.
