Bookmark and Share

Caroline International, the premier global partner for independent labels and artists, has appointed Dominic Louth Head of Digital Marketing. Based in London, Louth will be responsible for managing and coordinating all of Caroline International's digital campaigns for the releases of its artist and label partners. He took up this new role at the start of January and reports jointly to Caroline's UK Label Manager Emma Greengrass and Head of International Ed Scott.

Louth joins Caroline International from Warner Music's Parlophone Records where he was Digital Media Manager delivering strategic and creative digitally-focused marketing campaigns. In over three years at Parlophone Louth managed and worked on ground-breaking digital campaigns for a host of developing and superstar artists including Lily Allen, Damon Albarn, Richard Hawley, David Guetta, Kraftwerk, The Chemical Brothers, Beastie Boys, Norah Jones, Sigur Rós, Danger Mouse, I am Kloot and Gaz Coombes, many of which were honoured at the Webbys, FWA, D&AD and Drum awards. Prior to joining Parlophone Louth worked at Lizard King Records on campaigns for artists including The Killers, Santigold and The Pierces.

Greengrass and Scott said: "We're very pleased that Dominic is joining us in this critical role for Caroline. Having managed so many extremely impressive digital campaigns for such a diverse range of artists he's a great resource for our partners in the UK and all around the world and will ensure that Caroline always delivers the very best in digital marketing services."

Louth said: "Emma and Ed are building such an impressive team that I feel very privileged to have been asked to join. Caroline International is becoming the partner for some amazing artists and labels and I'm excited about creating and implementing innovative and highly effective digital marketing campaigns for them."

Caroline International was established in 2013 under the leadership of Managing Director Michael Roe and Joint MD and Head of Music Jim Chancellor to deliver a bespoke service to independent labels and artists in every market and region of the world. Through its dedicated teams around the world the company provides services including marketing, promotion, A&R, commercial, sync and admin whilst utilising and leveraging the global reach of Universal Music's sales and distribution platforms and relationships.

Upcoming releases through Caroline International in 2014 include new recordings from The Augustines, St Vincent, Kaiser Chiefs, Glass Animals and Brody Dalle.
