Believe Digital Make A Series Of Key New Signings

Believe Digital is pleased to announce a string of recent label signings, welcoming its latest additions to their worldwide distribution network: Mr Bongo, World Circuit, Wienerworld, The Influence, Toolroom Records, and Nettwerk Records.

Nettwerk Music Groupis Canada's largest independent music company and has helped establish acts including Coldplay and Passenger. As of January 2014, Nettwerk Records digitally distribute their music catalogue through Believe Digital worldwide (excluding USA, Canada, UK and Ireland). Believe will also work with Nettwerk on exploiting and marketing their video content.

Starting life as a small London record shop in 1989,Mr Bongohas built up a recording roster featuring some of the best Brazilian, Latin, Reggae, African and Jazz music by artists such as Terry Callier, Jorge Ben, and Prince Fatty. Believe Digital has signed the label for worldwide distributionexcluding France, coveringall digital audio and video servicesincluding Youtube and Beatport.

World Circuit, the label best known for Grammy winning Buena Vista Social Club, have cemented their reputation as one of the top World Music labels around by producing some of the finest albums of the past three decades. The label joined Believe's distribution network last year for worldwide distribution excluding North America.

Wienerworldhave signed a worldwide distribution deal covering all services with Believe. Founded in 1981, the independent publisher and distributor's catalogue features over 500 top titles including 'Making Tracks' by Yardbirds and 'The Secret Tour' by David Essex, as well as 'Clever Clogs' by 10cc and '2 Sides' by Eddie & The Hot Rods.

Leading dance music labelToolroom Recordshas signed a video only deal with Believe Digital. From the humble beginnings of owner and superstar DJ Mark Knight's Tool Shed in 2003, the label has grown in to an international powerhouse, achieving unrivalled success in just few short years.

In addition to these new signings, Believe has also recently expanded its UK marketing team with two new additions. James Farrelly, previously AIM, joins the team as Trade Marketing Manager in the UK, and former Coop Music Label Manager Ed Pearson takes the position of Marketing Manager for Believe Recordings.
