New York, NY – The entertainment revolution starts on March 17, 2014, when TubeTnr, a site dedicated to promoting talent worldwide in a safe and non-bullying environment, has its beta launch. Based on the conviction that emerging artists need a fair and supportive venue to develop and promote their work, TubeTnr is designed to give everyone a chance to share their talent, regardless of who they are or where they live.
“The problem we were seeing is that only those connected to the industry or having other life advantages were getting a chance to be seen and heard,” says co-founder Lee Zinser. “In addition, new artists often have to contend with negativity and overly critical feedback. We want to provide a platform where emerging talent naturally rises to the top in a safe, friendly, and encouraging environment.”
For its beta launch, TubeTnr is encouraging musical performers in all genres to upload a twenty-second clip and get in on the ground floor of what promises to be a thriving, fun, and mutually supportive creative community. Contributors whose clips are accepted will receive a free iTunes song of their choice. To upload a clip, and for more information, please visit www.tubetnr.com.
TubeTnr was developed over the past year by an international team of programmers, designers, video producers, managers, engineers, and administrators from Asia, South Africa, Europe, Australia, and the U.S. While initially focusing on music, TubeTnr will gradually be expanded to other genres, including art, design, fashion, and sports. In addition to a desktop version, the March 3rd beta launch will also feature apps for iOS and Android.
