New Jersey Rocker Rich Lynch Seeks To Build His Dream Dome Home On A Foundation Of Solid Rock

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Ringwood, NJ) -- Musician and Ringwood, New Jersey resident Rich Lynch has a nagging dream inside of his head to live in a dome home and he claims it all goes back to when the whole world was envisioning a bold future of domes and high-tech convenience.

"There's a story in my family that when I was two years old I ruined the vacation to the 1967 World's Fair in Montreal, Quebec. I remember seeing the Buckminster Fuller designed pavilion for the United States - a giant 250 foot diameter geodesic dome - and feeling an all consuming need to get closer to it. They tell me I ran off, tripped and acquired a severe bloody nose that would not stop," Lynch says, adding. "I haven't been able to get the idea of living in a dome form out of my mind since!"

Fast forward fifty years and the futuristic present has yet to truly arrive and the idea of living in a dome isn't everyone's idea of domestic bliss. But, Lynch hasn't given up on his goal to acquire alternative housing. Thanks to the technological arrival of the Internet and digital distribution Rockin' Rich Lynch has decided to give a long-dormant idea of a career in music a serious go of it.

Taking the approach of a singles artist Lynch has recently recorded and released his first official song to the world documenting his desire to do something different on the domestic home front.

"I like to think outside the box," says Lynch explaining that he's excited for the day he gets to move into a dome home. "These forms are energy efficient, provide a flexible use of space, and have proven to be more disaster resistant than the traditional squares and rectangles that are the staples of our society."

The track - "I Want to Live in a Dome" by the Rich Lynch Band - is now available on iTunes and Amazon.com and trusted digital distributors everywhere.

Fans and aficionados of the future can help Lynch build his dome and his dream by purchasing an MP3 of the forward thinking song that takes shape with a solid beat of piano-infused heartland rock.

"There's a lot on the line for me right now," said Lynch. "Maybe, I'm having a mid-life crisis, but I'm going for it. And, there's two dreams I'm in pursuit of now - the dome, and a career in music. This house is going to have the nicest studio and performance space built in!"

It will be interesting to see if Lynch can build his dream house - and music career - on a foundation of solid rock, one song at a time!
