US Air Force Reserve Named Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam Shuttle Sponsor

(NASHVILLE, TN) June 18, 2014--- The US Air Force Reserve has been deemed as the official sponsor of the second annual Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam Shuttle System. The complimentary US Air Force Reserve shuttle system will take festival ticket holders to and from any of the stage locations as well as specified lodging partner properties. “Country music and the US military have always supported one another, so the shuttle partnership with the US Air Force Reserve came as a huge excitement for us at Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam,” said Rendy Lovelady, Executive Producer of Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam.

The Air Force Reserve and Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam have worked to ensure the transportation for festival goes is as convenient as possible. Shuttle stops will be made at both the daytime beach stage and Frank Brown Park main stage.

“The Air Force Reserve is very excited for this partnership with the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam,” said Col. Christopher Nick, the Air Force Reserve’s recruiting commander. “We hope that festival goers will have a great time, enjoy the convenient shuttle service and gain greater sense of awareness about the Air Force Reserve, a critical part of American national defense.”

The Air Force Reserve shuttle is set to pick up and drop off at lodging partner locations including Emerald Beach Resort, Sterling Reef, Grand Panama Beach Resort, Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, Shores of Panama/Laketown Wharf (Shared Shuttle Stop), the Boardwalk Beach Resort and multiple satellite free parking locations. All shuttles are handicap accessible and Jammers may bring their folding lawn chairs as well as any other “OK To Bring With You” items on the shuttle.

Discounted three day general admission military tickets are available for any current or former military personnel and their immediate families with proper ID. Military tickets can be purchased online at www.gulfcoastjam/tickets/pricing/ and at select military bases.

The highly anticipated Labor Day Weekend Country music festival has already tripled ticket sales from its inaugural 2013 year, making the demand for transportation a very high priority. Set for Aug. 29-31, Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam is being branded as the largest Labor Day Weekend party in the South, with headlining acts including Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood and Dierks Bentley.
