Darren Hanible "XX" Has An On DEMAND Lifeline!
Darren Hanible is a hip-hop artist and producer from Washington, DC. His music is the middle ground between mainstream and backpack rap, with cleverly honest lyrics about overcoming obstacles, having faith, and being misunderstood as a young man wise beyond his years. The self-described son of two drug-addicted parents, Darren spent his childhood using music as an outlet learning to play eight instruments, write and produce music by the age of 15.
On January 1, 2014 Hanible released his highly anticipated mixtape, "XX" (Twenty) to critical acclaim form industry tastemakers. With over 10,000 downloads in the first week, Twenty is a versatile project offering Hanible's trademark story telling skills and lyrical declarations that have left critics convinced that this project should be considered an early contender for the best independent project of the year. Twenty is Hanible's eighth mixtape and was released with the help of House Studio DC and a host of talented producers. "XX" Twenty is available exclusively through livemixtapes.com.
