JUANES Is The First Latin Artist To Sell Premium Charitable Tickets With Innovative Ticketing CompanyCrowdSurge
Latin Music Superstar Juanes is getting ready to bring his Loco de Amor tour to Mexico starting October 15th, and for the first time ever, he is selling exclusive presale concert tickets directly to fans on his official website www.juanes.net. In partnership with the innovative ticketing company CrowdSurge, the multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy winning artist is using this opportunity to further strengthen his direct fan engagement and further support the acclaimed philanthropic work of his Fundacion Mi Sangre.
This exclusive presale, running now through August 7th, will see a portion of proceeds from each ticket sold donated to Fundacion Mi Sangre, the heralded NGO founded by Juanes in 2006. A limited number of premium seats have also been allocated to Fundacion Mi Sangre and a large portion of the proceeds from these ticket sales will likewise go directly to the charity.
"I'm really excited about returning to concert stages across Mexico, and thrilled that CrowdSurge is helping us connect more directly with fans there in a way that also helps the programs of Fundacion Mi Sangre."
Juanes' Loco de Amor Tour will see the Colombian Rock star taking to the road from now through 2015 in support if his recent chart-topping and already platinum new album "Loco De Amor" - produced in tandem with famed rock producer Steve Lillywhite. Released in March, "Loco De Amor" has already been declared "One of the Five Best Albums of 2014 so far" by PEOPLE Magazine, saying it "is one of the best records out now in any tongue... Juanes has never sounded better." Likewise, the New York Times welcomed the release as a "Latin pop blockbuster ...a euphoric, melodic romp across the hemisphere."
