(MILLVILLE, NJ) – Enjoy a night of classic Bob Seger hits and help retired racing greyhounds at the same time.

Hollywood Nights – a Bob Seger Experience and the Levoy Theatre will donate a portion of ticket sales from their Saturday April 9th show to Greyhound Angels Adoption (Use code “MGAA” when purchasing tickets.)

Greyhound Angels is a non-profit organization dedicated to the placement of retired racing greyhounds into loving adoptive forever homes. They work with responsible and dedicated breeders, owners, and trainers throughout the racing industry to assist them in placing their retired greyhounds. They educate the general public concerning the suitability of the retired racing greyhound to become a family pet through many different community events, and offer continued support to all adopters regardless of their adoption origin.

“We’re excited that Hollywood Nights and the Levoy Theatre want to help support our organization,” said Greyhound Angels Adoption Director Lisa Weinstein. “This is a generous gift, and will go a long way in helping us continue our mission of finding loving homes for every greyhound in need.

One of the band members is a former greyhound owner and longtime advocate for greyhound adoption. “I love greyhounds,” says Hollywood Nights bassist Glenn Nichols. “April is ‘National Adopt a Greyhound’ month, and when I realized we would be playing a show in Millville (where Greyhound Angels Adoption is located) during the month of April, it just made sense to give back to a group that does so much for these wonderful dogs.”

Hollywood Nights – A Bob Seger Experience is the ultimate tribute to Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. This 10-piece New Jersey-based powerhouse re-creates everything about Bob and his music right down to the smallest detail. Hits include “Old Time Rock ‘n’ Roll,” “Night Moves,” “Against The Wind,” “Turn the Page,” “Still the Same,” “Rock ‘n’ Roll Never Forgets,” and “We’ve Got Tonight.” Determined to leave no stone unturned, Hollywood Nights even tours with a baby grand piano.

SHOW INFO: Hollywood Nights – A Bob Seger Experience at the Levoy Theatre, 126-130 N. High Street, Millville, NJ 08332; Saturday, April 9th at 8:00 PM. Tickets $28 and $48, available online at www.levoy.net, by phone 856-327-6400 or in person at the Levoy Theatre Box Office. Use code “MGAA” and a portion of ticket sales will be donated to Greyhound Angels Adoption. www.greyhoundangelsadoption.com
